Magic permeates the whole world, is everywhere. It flows from high magic pressure areas to low magic pressure areas sort of like the weather. Magic has its own weather like experience like magic storms and magic lulls.
Different environments have different kinds of magic with their own flow rate within and some flow to other environments. A few of the environments are:
