This is an item that allows a group of characters (avatars) to come together to combine magical power from their attuned worn or held items to perform a single task. The task can be written in to the item where it requires magic to be used to power up the item or the task can be based on what magic abilities are used to power up the item.
The group powered item may be triggered by its attuned individual or when enough power has been reached to power the task.
Any level of item may be used to help power up the item but there is normally a base level of magic power that is required before the magical ability that is desired can be triggered. This power may be accumulated over time, or it may require magic to be directed at the item from multiple sources as an instant action for said power to perform a magic task. In either case the item must be able to withstand the power flow otherwise there is a danger of catastrophic failure.
When an individual has contributed power from an Item that has been attuned to them, they know that the power is stored and know when it is activated. If this power is not used within a reasonable amount of time, they may start to feel fatigue until the item that has been powered up is activated.
The smallest size of the item that is used for group power starts at about the size of a person and goes up depending on how much power is required to power up the item. This item can be portable if it can be carried. Most of the time this requires a wagon due to weight and size. This means group powered items may be used for siege warfare. More powerful items are stationary in cities or countries.
Factors that determine size of the group powered item and how much power is needed for a task include:
- Number of avatars or items used to contribute power.
- Distance from or to the location and number of locations targeted.
- How long must the power be contained before the task is triggered.
- Size of the area of effect and how long the effect lasts.
- Complexity of the task to be performed.

A few examples of where group powered items may be used:
- Summoning rituals where an individual or legendary item is retrieved from another location in the multiverse.
- City sized barrier domes may be used to protect an area from physical or magical harm.
- Bombardment of foreign ships that are attacking an Island country.
