Effect: The weight of the world seems to press down upon you, causing your whole body to clench as if under an immense burden. For the next three turns, you suffer a -1 penalty to all saving throws and take 1d4 psychic damage at the start of each turn as the pressure bears down on your mind and body.

Effect: The clenching of your muscles channels all your energy into a single, focused strike. Your next successful attack deals an additional 1d8 damage. If this attack reduces an enemy to 0 hit points, you regain 1d4 hit points as the surge of adrenaline revitalizes you.

Effect: Your unyielding grip on your weapon empowers your strike. For the next two turns, you cannot be disarmed, and your attacks have a +2 bonus to hit. Additionally, an ally of your choice within 15 feet gains a +1 bonus to their attack rolls as your steadfastness inspires confidence in them.
