        Description: Riding high on cheerfulness, the character misinterprets a signal or gesture, leading to confusion in the ranks.

        Effect: A planned strategy or coordinated move with an ally fails due to the character’s cheerful distraction. The affected ally, while appreciating the mood, faces a minor setback in their subsequent action.
