This can be caused in two ways; the use of magic causing magic to build up in a small area or the flow of magic in a small area.
Magic storms may be seen when this happens. Magic storms cause wielders of magic to release their magic randomly and without direction. It also creates new magic that may cause strange effects.
Wild magic can be funny and dangerous.
