It is believed this world is a moon of a gas giant planet. The planet it orbits can be seen in the sky. Other moons can sometimes be seen and many marks the holidays for this world. This moon rotates as it goes around the plant which means that it is not tidally locked. The angle that it goes around the planet is about 30% off from parallel from there star. That means there is no permanent cold or hot areas on the moon.
The seasons are of different lengths each year, but there does seem to be a pattern. This pattern repeats after many years.
The weather is mostly moderate but can be very cold or very hot. The extreme weather conditions do not stay long. Storms can be bad as the weather changes often.
Warm waters in the ocean flows toward the poles on the surface of the ocean. This helps to even out the temperatures around the world.
Because the world is a moon going around a planet the sun does not always rise from the east. The sun does give heat to the world and the world cools each night. The cooling can be extreme when the moon experiences a solar eclipse.
