The current time is about the same as the worlds of Wild-mount or Eberron.
That does not mean that is where the original or current people all came from. “Second-Timers” seem to show up from any time period in the multiverse. Many of the reincarnated are surprised to learn what happened in the future of the time they came from. While others are surprised to learn they have gone to the past.
