Ingredients:

Preparation:

Take feather, mark of cycles.” Next, sage to dark mountain go, pull obsidian from earth’s bosom. “Earth stable,” sage murmur. Then, sage to lake and volcano edge, capture fire-water steam. All element in one, dual-nature essence. Finally, chain of silver forge. Metal pull from Earth, but reflect like water. Bind in circle, loop without end.

With chant and whisper, sage weave all. Fire-Water Steam on Phoenix circle, Obsidian in center. Chain bind, unity spell speak. Thus born Elemental Balance Talisman. World sigh, element lay down arms. Harmony achieved, but sage vanish, work done, name lost.

The wearer may feel a calming warmth or a gentle coolness against their skin, attuning them to the energies of the elemental realms. The extra-sensory perceptions include heightened awareness of elemental fluctuations within a certain radius and a sense of interconnectedness with the elemental energies around them.
